The Titan of George Skouras
Greek mythology is rich with the myths of the Titans. A modern myth comes to remind us of them. In the 7th Exhibition Expotrof 2020 Friends of Greek gastronomy attended the first public appearance of the program “Gastronomy Communities - Gastronomy and Wine Tourism” and had the opportunity to meet an ambitious project aimed at - through the awakening of dormant collectives - to develop gastronomy in its cells and to highlight the gastronomic wealth of each region, thus contributing to the development of the agri-food industry and the local economy, strengthening the identity of each tourist destination.
