Η THE WORLD won 2nd place in the world gastronomy competition «International Trophy Trophy 2022». The LE MONDE Educational Group for another year took part in the world gastronomy competition "Trophée Mille International 2022" winning the 2nd place!

The competition took place for the 11th consecutive year in Reims, France, on Monday, March 28, 2022, with the participation of faculties from all over the world. second place!

The two contestants created a savory and sweet dish with local products from the Grand Est region, impressing both with their gastronomic compositions and their professionalism, the jury consisting of a team of French chefs & pastry chefs, awarded Michelin stars but also with the highest honorary title MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).

The preparation of the contestants was undertaken by the heads of the cooking and confectionery departments of the School, Messrs. Makis Kalosakas and Haris Psilopoulos, as well as the cooking teacher of the School, Gikas Xenakis.
