Skoura Estate

Great Wine

Producer: Skouras Estate - Varieties : Agiorgitiko, Cabernet Sauvignon. Comments: Sturdy aging red wine. It is based on a blend that marries the spicy scherzo of Agiorgitikos with the strict power of Cabernet Sauvignon, in the warm and vanilla embrace of the oak barrel that hosted them during its 20-month aging. Quality label for large meals or fine cellars.

Peplo

Producer: Skoura Estate - Varieties : 1/3 Agiorgitiko, 1/3 Syrah, 1/3 Mavrofilero Comments: Each variety participates by 1/3 in the wine. Agiorgitiko in acacia barrels, Syrah matures in its wine sludge in a stainless steel tank and Mavrofilero in clay amphorae together with its skin for 4 months. Peplo 2019 of the Winery is a premium, complex and elegant rosé wine that is unlike any other!

Almyra 2019

Producer: Skoura Estate - Varieties: Chardonnay 95%, Malagouzia 5% - Comments: A 5% Malagouzia has been added to the blend but the wine remains a classic Chardonnay with a tropical character and rich buttery body that balances due to the accentuated acidity.

Μπουτάρης

Naoussa Boutari Grande Reserve 12

Producer: Boutaris - Varieties : Xinomavro -  Comments: Standard label of aged red of Naoussa, which characteristically expresses the formality of the variety and the region. It is exuberant and full, with rich typical varietal aromas and the right harmony of tannins and acidity. Boutari's Grande Reserve Naoussa is a milestone in the potential of Naoussa Xinomavro, with excellent reviews from international wine critics such as Robert Parker who gave it an excellent 90/100 rating.

Boutari Legacy 1879

Producer : Boutaris - Varieties : Xinomavro - Comments: The new premium Xinomavro of Boutari is a tribute to the long tradition of the company that begins in 1879. From a specific cru vineyard in the area of Trilofo of Naoussa, in 1879 it brings to the contents of its impressive bottle a different stylistic approach of Xinomavro , dense fruit and new French barrel, in a modern approach to the favorite variety.

Ktima Kyr-Giannis

Tarsanas

Producer: Ktima Kyr-Giannis - Varieties : Assyrtiko.  Comments: On the face, intense - bright yellow color, on the nose subtle aromas of apple, pear and citrus. On the dense palate, with a pleasant texture, it highlights aromas of fire fruits and woody notes that are enhanced by the cool acidity. Long aftertaste with slight salinity, in an ideal balance in the aromas of the barrel.

Acacias

Producer: Ktima Kyr-Giannis - Varieties: Xinomavro
Comments: Another excellent "interpretation" of Xinomavro that highlights all the different 'faces' of the multi-dynamic variety. Playful, lively, with 'festive' mood sparkling rose wine and very good value for money. Cherry color, persistent bubbles, red fruit character, freshness and off dry character that will surely seduce you.

The spirit of the lake

Producer: Ktima Kyr-Giannis - Varieties : Xinomavro. Here we have the second calm and dry rosé wine from the Estate, where excellent quality grapes from old vineyards at an altitude of 600 meters are selected for its production. Aromas of white-skinned peach, small apricots and unripe strawberry. The mouth aromatically follows the nose while it is characterized by a slight sense of tannins and mature vegetation. Refreshing acidity was present, while the moderate body volume has oiliness.

Malagousia single vineyard

Producer: Ktima Kyr-Giannis - Varieties: Malagouzia - Comments: A Malagouzia from the vineyard of Samaropetra with the help of the internet.
