The Greek Breakfast of Ios at HORECA 2018

It was presented with great success Greek Breakfast of Ios at the HORECA 2018 exhibition. The leader of the Ios team was Angela Fakou, Chairman of the Tourism Committee of the Municipality .Ου and Despina Denaxa responsible for the local island.

Mrs. Despina Denaxa, of Liostasi Hotel, organizer of the Hellenic Breakfast at work, prepares the buffet.

Watermelon pies, pumpkin pies, honeysuckle, cereal bars, cheese pies, curls were the protagonists of the Greek breakfast of Ios.

Cheeses from the two dairies of the island, the Niotiko (D. Zakhaios) and the Diaseli (D. Haros), starring of course skotyri, gruyere and mizithres.

The pastries for the drinks crackers.

Liqueurs like wine honey and of course raki (Tsikoudia) to make fun.

Balls with sour cream and scotch sprinkled with sesame seeds and drizzled with tomato jam.

Xerotigana with tomato jam!

Cereal bars with coarse honey.

Cereal bars, mizithropita, melitini.

Kalasounes with greens (spools) with sugar and cinnamon.

A fan of pumpkin-based pies and on the left a wheat-based salad.

Nuts with a rope, a very tasty idea.

Carob bread.
