This development was not the result of a fairytale course. At the age of twenty Giannis Gerontidis he loses his father, but with his two sisters and his mother by his side and at the same time placing the live trout of Taygetos in taverns, he decides to start his own initiative. With great difficulties, he created a smokehouse in 1993 and in 2001 the production unit of the first fresh salmon in Greece.
