We talked to her Christiana Zarou the daughter of Efstathios. From a young age until high school, she helped her parents when she was not studying at school and at the Conservatory, because she had a talent for music. He then succeeded at the Ionian University in the Department of Music Studies, from where he graduated:

"The business is family, we employ two families here, my father Efstathios Zaros, my mother Velissaria and my brothers Michalis and Vasso. The other family is my mother's brother Tassos Giannoulis, his wife Dimitra and their son Thomas. We work all year round every day from 12 noon to midnight. We are closed only at Christmas, Easter and 4-5 days in September. Aigio loves us because it knows that here we offer guaranteed meats. The pork comes from our relatives in Preveza and we do the processing of the meat ourselves ".

Christiana speaks proudly of her family, and she in turn helps. In the mornings he gives music lessons or participates in the rehearsals of the Patras Philharmonic where he is a member and in the evening, he makes regular shifts on the skewers for serving.
