The producers of Kalymnos with a lot of pride for their place offer to the consumer special products, such as thyme honey, the famous mandarins of the valley of Vathi and all the citrus fruits (frappes and bergamots), the local sweet wine Anama, the well-known "barley buns" of course the delicious Kalymnos cheeses.
Our project to get to know Greece through the eyes of gastronomy and to highlight the Greeks who create in this field was very ambitious. He wanted time, effort, knowledge, an open heart, love for the place, dedication and a lot of work.
