Stuffed squid
The stuffed squid is an amazing dish, delicious and very nice, ideal not only for fasting days but for the whole year.
The filling contains onions, garlic, rice, chopped squid tentacles, grated tomato, parsley, fennel or dill, tomato paste. Saute everything together at first and then simmer.
After the mixture has cooled, place it on the cleaned squid, closing each one with a toothpick and place in a saucepan with olive oil and the juice of the filling.
After simmering for about 20 minutes, remove the toothpick and serve with their sauce.
