Wisdom of Nature

One of the most interesting Greek producers who have given the unrecognized Greek vinegar the place it deserves, is a young lad, the Nikos Bouzinelos. THE "Wisdom of Nature”- the modern production unit of Nikos founded in 2006 - makes organic products with grapes from its vineyards of 80 acres, in Car of Nemea creating some of them most remarkable vinegars of the Greek market.

The "Wisdom of Nature" has an interesting one range of organic vinegars of, which includes vinegars from wines of varieties of agiorgitiko, rhodite in combination with fruits, spices and herbs, while still producing excellent petimezi, and all of these are presented in excellent packaging.

The main products of "Wisdom of Nature" are:

Vinegar with Tangerine and Spices: In the white varietal vinegar "Sofia Roditis" are dipped for a few days Chian mandarin peels together with a mixture of whole spices.

Vinegar with cardamom and three peppers: In the red varietal vinegar of Agiorgitiko, whole cardamom and a mixture of 3 peppers, green, red and white are dipped and give a complex aromatic bouquet with a characteristic spicy taste

Nemea Balsamic Vinegar aged 3 years: Agiorgitiko sweet vinegar followed in the footsteps of Nemea OPAP wine, aged in oak French barrels for three years giving a balsamic vinegar with complex aromas of vanilla and spices, rich body and intense aftertaste.

Sweet vinegar: Two traditional products from Agiorgitiko, vinegar and petimezi "joined" and the result is a unique product, "sweet vinegar".

Roditis vinegar: A white vinegar, lively, with characteristic acidity from the Roditis variety.

Roditis Thyme: Aromatic thyme with white Rodite vinegar enhances the taste of even the simplest dish.

Agiorgitiko Garlic Vasilikos: Three "explosive" ingredients, crimson vinegar from grapes of the Agiorgitiko variety, spicy garlic and fragrant basil, enclosed in a bottle.

White Balsamic Vinegar with Honey: White variety vinegar from Roditi, combined with honey from spring heather and gives an explosive combination of aromas and flavors.

Petimezi Agiorgitiko: Petimezi is a 100% natural sweetener from Agiorgitika grapes.
