On the beautiful coastal road, and next to the excellent Kos Aktis Art Hotel, the renovated Triton hotel feels that it also shares its beauty in the facade of the city.

The work done by its owner Konstantina Svynou, President of the Hoteliers Association and member of the Board of the Hotel Chamber of Greece together with her architect on the building damaged by the earthquakes was exemplary.

Consolidation all spaces - interior and exterior - and their communication from all sides with light and nature, withdrawal of all the decorative elements that had accumulated over the years and the creation of a pure minimal aesthetics, where white, blue and the soft color of natural oak.

Transparency everywhere, so that human presences and nature play a leading role.

The Open kitchen restaurant Mistral combines the mornings with the Greek Breakfast - one of the rich of Kos - while in the evening the Mediterranean menu mixes ingredients and notes of Greek creative cuisine with the cosmopolitan touches of the renowned chef of the hotel Christos Ganoglou which has performances, experiences and a preference for Far Eastern cuisine. Christos' cuisine successfully marries the Sioux spaghetti of Crete, the convergent of Crete, the fava of Feneos, the Kotik octopuses with foams, textures and sphericalities, combining them with the flavors of the East where soy and spicy dominate.

The renovation of 2018 included the common areas, while following the 45 rooms that meet all the specifications of its category (3 stars).

The Triton hotel and Mistral restaurant (former Avanti) works in winter and summer and will be from now on an oasis of aesthetics and quality in the beautiful city of Kos. I hope we had a good walk because we visited the hotel in the first days of June, 3-4 days after its opening. Good work my Dina!
