Η Athenian tavern in a historical course of two centuries nurtured and developed the most characteristic cultural goods of Hellenism.
Despite all its historical transformations, the tavern was and remains a magical environment, a place of popular entertainment, but also a place that concentrates characteristic events of our popular urban culture.
Our project to get to know Greece through the eyes of gastronomy and to highlight the Greeks who create in this field was very ambitious. He wanted time, effort, knowledge, an open heart, love for the place, dedication and a lot of work.
