The restaurant «Revelation»Is housed in«Patmos Aktis Suites and Spa Hotel»-A luxury five-star hotel, member of the businessman's" Divine Hotels "chain Bird from Kos - located on the most enchanting beach of Patmos, the Greek. The hotel was an old CHENIA, on the beach, recently renovated, in such a way that its guests can enjoy a luxurious but minimal and extremely elegant atmosphere, where romance and peace prevail.

One of the most important assets of the hotel is Apocalypse restaurant. Elegant, modern and off-white, with a covered terrace and large openings to the sea, it has a unique view of the idyllic landscape of the beautiful bay of Grikos. Here, the five-year presence of the new Thessaloniki chef Dimitris Pamporis was crucial. His cuisine is Greek creative, very inventive with advanced techniques and bold combinations of materials, colors and shapes.

Mr. Poulios' persistence in his selection, and the trust he showed in the work of Dimitris Pamporis, were rewarded in 2015 with Golden Cap and Greek Cuisine Award.

Dimitris is above all a down-to-earth lad. His modesty is characteristic and his abilities are unlimited. When asked to say something about himself, he humbly replies: "I'm not very good at it. All I can say is that I respect my job and of course my colleagues ". A sample of his creations:

"Modern ouzo meze" with semi-paste mackerel, cream of giant beans, village salad, fluffy cabbage mousse, "Lakerda Tataki" with fresh tuna, cucumber, apple and curry salad, ice cream with hot mustard, assyrtiko. "Roast lamb" cooked at low temperature, smoked eggplant puree, potato yahni, tomato jelly stew, strained yogurt and finally "Galaktoboureko" with fresh pineapple brulee with anise, black rum and macaroon ice cream!
