Spirandreas in Ermioni

The history of the fish tavern begins in 1968 when the two twin brothers, Spyros and Andreas, created the fish tavern Spyrandreas and with the love they had for good food, but also their hospitable mood turned it into a sought after fish food hangout.

Recently the operation passed into the hands of the children of Spyros and Andreas (Dimitris, George and Dimitris). The children studied the art of cooking and came up with new ideas.

Without leaving the old recipes and the art of cooking any kind of fish that arrives daily, enriched the menu with new creations, more sought after, eg:

• Risotto cooked with chicken, shrimp and saffron
• Risotto cooked with mussels and shrimp
• Risotto cooked with mixed wild mushrooms
• Shrimp served with spaghetti, cooked with fresh tomato sauce
• Shrimp, mussels and scallops are served with spaghetti cooked with fresh tomato sauce
• Tagliatelle with shrimp, fresh mushrooms and truffle oil
• Lobster spaghetti, homemade specialty, with fresh lobster. Served with spaghetti and fresh tomato and basil sauce.
• Salmon with squid ink and tagliatelle

Today at fish tavern Spyrandreas, two meters from the sea overlooking the bay and the historic pine forest of the Bisti peninsula, one can try such a variety of delicious risottos and seafood pasta that you will hardly find anywhere else.
