Rodami - Natural Juice Pomegranate Ermioni

One of the oldest pomegranate estates in Hermione it's the "Kolymbadi estate”Which is located in the plain of Ermioni, below the chapel of the prophet Elias, and where the pomegranate has been cultivated since 1955.

The sweet climate of the Ermioni region favors the cultivation of the pomegranate, which until a few years ago was the only region in Greece that systematically cultivated this tree. Of course, the cultivation of pomegranates in Ermioni dates back to ancient times and in his accounts, the famous Ottoman traveler Evliya Celebis admires the pomegranates of the Argolic land in 1668. Its fruits differ from other varieties that have recently arrived in Greece due to its sweet taste and soft and fluffy seeds. On the estate we grow the eponymous variety of Ermioni Pomegranates, Clementine oranges and tangerines. Since 2004 our pomegranates have been packaged and marketed under the brand name "Pomegranates of Kolimbadis" and ''Kolimbadis Citrus Fruits'.

In February 2014, my wife and I, Dimitra Mona, we founded the company "Rhodamy" (from Rodi and Amy, its caress) and we produce natural fruit juices, jams and syrups from fruits of our production, but also utilizing fruits of neighboring estates.

Our main juices are:

• 100% natural Tangerine juice,
• 100% natural Orange and Tangerine juice
• 100% natural Pomegranate and Mandarin Hermione juice.

We sell our products in 600 locations throughout Greece, in networks such as Kritikos, Bazaar, My Market, etc., while 15% of our production is exported. I deal with the estate and the production while my wife deals with the bureaucracy, marketing, communication and social networks ".
