Recipe for lobster pasta

Put in a pot enough water with salt, vinegar and 2 bay leaves and after the water boils, pour in the lobster and boil it for 10 minutes.

Remove the lobster from the water. Burn the oil and fry the onion with the garlic. We extinguish it with cognac.

Add the chopped tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, salt and pepper and 1 bay leaf. We wait a while until our sauce thickens and add little by little water as needed to boil (it takes 40 minutes).

10 minutes before turning off the heat, add the lobster, which we have cut the way we like and which we have not thrown away anything from the inside. Mix the lobster in the sauce and lastly add the basil.

We boil them spaghetti in the water where we boiled the lobster, strain them and add them to the sauce. Mix them and serve them by sprinkling fresh chopped parsley on top.
