Blushing goat
Traditional recipe from Kefalonia to cook braised goat with thick spaghetti. It will take some time, but the result will compensate you!
Ingredients
2 kilos of meat
1 large onion (red)
3 garlic cloves
tomato paste
1 tablespoon oil
prka carnation
a cinnamon stick
White Wine
Implementation
Put the oil in the pot together with the goat meat and fry it.
Add the onion and garlic and when they are deep fried, quench them with wine.
Add the tomato paste and spices, salt, pepper and simmer for about 3 hours, adding a little water.
When the meat softens, serve it blushing goat with thick spaghetti.
