Pasta with Alonissos tuna
The wider sea area of Alonissos, the sea of the Northern Sporades, is rich in catches, one of the richest in the Aegean.
Lobsters and numerous fish are caught here, among them the now famous white and yellow tuna of Alonissos (thunnus alalunga) which weighs 15-17 kg, the bluefin tuna, but also the rarest yellowfinch (Thunnus Albacares) - which mainly goes to Japan.
Ο tone of Alonissos can be kept in the form of fillets or crumbs for up to 5 years in sterile jars in olive oil, sunflower oil, corn oil.
Recipe for Alonissos tuna with pasta
Alonissos tuna with pasta is cooked with sauteed onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, capers.
Quench with wine and mix for a while with already boiled spaghetti.
Add basil and fresh oregano.
