The Corfu Palma Boutique Hotel is an old family hotel Pallis family, where her descendant, the Giota Palli, decided to turn it into something very modern. That is, to create in Corfu A real greek design boutique hotel.

With parents from Corfu, Giota Palli was born and raised in Athens, but in the summers she came to Corfu with unique childhood memories on the farm and the orchard of her grandparents in Dassia, where the hotel is now.

Although Giota Palli has been living in America for years and works as an investor and business consultant in start-ups, she wanted to leave her mark on the place of her childhood memories, in Dassia, where she first met Tourism as a little girl at the first Club Med in Greece, Tourism of the highest quality and multiple interests.

2013-2014 started with these memories to invest first in the renovation of the hotel and then in the services. Flowering gardens, unique pool with pool bar and restaurant, outdoor jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center, modern Aphrodite Apivita Spa, elements that all compose the quality, special and differentiated hosting proposal. The treasure of the hotel is located on the inland side, where little Giota played her summers. She respected her place and the environment of her memories and so a big part of it is the authentic Corfiot landscape with olives and eucalyptus.

The Corfu Palma Boutique Hotel innovates every year as a result, it continues its important distinctions in Greece and abroad as in the World Luxury Hotels Awards.

Giota Palli covers the distance America-Corfu with her mind and energy and with her collaboration with her right hand Spyros Ioannidis, manager of the hotel, four years with her, a charismatic, dreamy but also pragmatic man.

On the Greek side of the buffet there is the Greek breakfast, with rice pudding, buns and cakes, Turkish delights and a series of individual jams (kumquat, strawberry, orange, etc.) made by Corfiot producers, while cheeses and cold cuts are dominated by locals, such as ekdo noubouri beef but also the salad (a type of salami) that have a long tradition in the place.

For the hotel kitchen, Corfu Palma Boutique Hotel collaborated from the beginning of the season (2019) with the charismatic chef Aristotle Megoulas, owner of the separate restaurant Pomo D'Oro in the city of Corfu who created an à la carte restaurant open to guests outside the hotel.

The Corfu Palma Boutique Hotel in 2019 innovated by giving one Mixology Infusion Identity on lobby bar of hotel. The result is a new Bar List which contains a series of unique Infused Cocktails with recipes based on authentic local ingredients and products.
