Handmade noodles with fresh tomatoes, xynomizithra and smoked pancetta, caramelized nectarines with cream cheese and kumquat sauce, brisket with caramelized plums, arbaroriza, kumarou sauce Corfiot pastitsada, sofrito, burdeto, variety horny delicacies (numbulo, oil, smoked pancetta, sycamore, baked goat local cheese and prickly pear jam).
